Radio Journey is Austin's Journey Tribute and Classic Rock Band

“Once upon a time, not so long ago…”

Iconic singers. Guitar heroes. Packed arenas with hands and lighters in the air and not a cellphone in sight. MTV. And those epic songs that stand the test of time. This was the decade where artists took rock music of the late 70s and bumped the heat up a few degrees. This was the music of the 80s.

One of the most successful and loved bands of that time was Journey, having seven consecutive multi-platinum albums 1978-1987, including 18 hit singles. With over 75 million albums sold and songs still featured as daily staples on classic rock radio, it is no wonder a 2005 USA Today opinion poll named Journey one of the top five most popular rock bands of all time.

And this is Radio Journey. A high-energy band dedicated to performing the classic hits of a classic era, with a special tribute to the music of Journey. You will hear the songs as recorded, performed live. Each musician dedicated to reproducing the material of the artists and bands they admire and love. No gimmicks or miming to prerecorded tracks. Radio Journey delivers the sound and feel of a real, old-school rock concert, with sound and light production tailored to each event.

It addition to those monster Journey hits you will hear songs by mega-artists such as Van Halen, Toto, Survivor, Loverboy, Guns N Roses, AC/DC, Pat Benatar, Styx, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, and many more. Call or email Stargazer Productions to book the Austin Journey tribute band, Radio Journey today!
