Electric Circus | Vanessa & Darryl's Wedding | Avalon Legacy Ranch
The night was alive with magic and romance as Vanessa and Darryl celebrated their nuptials at their wedding reception on October 3, 2020 at Avalon Legacy Ranch in McKinney, Texas. They chose Dallas wedding band, Electric Circus, to entertain their guests and make the party one-to-remember by all. Electric Circus performed hits from the 80's to the current hits on the radio today, electrifying the stage. Vanessa and Darryl selected to add Stargazer Productions' horn section to perform with Electric Circus during the reception, making the band a 7 piece.
Cord Stone, owner and entertainment coordinator, at Stargazer Productions worked closely with the couple in the months preceding their wedding to ensure that every detail of the entertainment was perfect. Vanessa and Darryl requested Stargazer to assist with their pre-ceremony and ceremony music, and desired an acoustic guitarist to perform during the cocktail hour. Stargazer arranged everything for the couple from obtaining the songs, handling the technical aspects of operating the pre-ceremony and ceremony music in an alternate area separate from the reception room, securing a secondary sound engineer for the couple, and providing an exceptional acoustic guitarist.
The ceremony and reception were held outdoors at the beautiful 25 acre venue of trees and gardens. The reception, held on the outdoor covered patio, promoted social distancing, and everyone was encouraged to wear face masks when not eating and drinking. Also, the ceremony was live streamed for those unable to attend the event.
The newly married couple were announced by Electric Circus to the song, "You are the Best Thing," by Ray Lamontagne. Electric Circus performed all of the couple's special dance songs, making this section of the reception personalized and memorable. It was touching to watch the lovebirds dance together for the first time as a married couple to, "Can't Take My Eyes of You," by Frankie Valli and Lauryn Hill.
Electric Circus MC'd the event, making all the requested announcements and introductions, and cued or performed the couple's song choices. The MC's are professional and charismatic, ensuring the announcements flow with the timeline set by the couple.
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were flawless and people of all ages danced and enjoyed themselves, dancing to the music of Dallas wedding band, Electric Circus, not wanting the night to end.
