The After Party | Jennifer & Matthew's Wedding | Hotel Galvez

With love like that from a fairytale, Jennifer and Matthew were married and celebrated their reception at Hotel Galvez in Galveston, Texas.

For their once-in-a lifetime event on May 8, 2021, the couple selected Stargazer Productions' wedding band, The After Party, and also added a Stargazer horn section to make the band extra-impactful and unforgettable.

Hotel Galvez is enchanting, fit for any prince and princess to wed. The hotel is over 100 years old and the only historic beachfront hotel in the Texas Gulf Coast. Called, "The Queen of the Gulf," the hotel has been featured as a premier wedding venue in Southern Bride magazine.

The reception was held in the vintage-inspired Terrace Ballroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Gulf. The guests felt as if they were transported back in time with the ornate vintage architecture and decorations.

The After Party band kept the party lively, performing the best current and classic dance hits that kept the ballroom dance floor packed with happy dancers.

The After Party is a professional, experienced wedding band that performs wedding all over Texas and the south. They have three exceptional singers and extraordinarily talented musicians with a huge song list. They are stylish, have choreographed dances, and vocals and instrumentation that is unmatched. Houston wedding band, The After Party, frequently performs with a horn section that really adds to the total experience.

For Jennifer and Matt's reception, they requested the band to learn some songs especially for them. There was a also a secret surprise for Jennifer during the Father/Daughter dance, where the band performed, "Somewhere over the Rainbow" by Judy Garland for them.
